QSS shredder is ideal for different applications such as defects, electronic parts and post consumer waste in the field of recycling industry. It can handles all kinds of products such as plastic lumps, pipes, film, woven bags, electronic waste like cables, IBCS, paper, woods and other roganic materials, different screen hole sizes are available for different processing requirements. Some final shredded products can be used directly. 

 

 

Hydraulic pusher 

Benefiting from its sturdy ram construion incorporating with heavy duty gide bearings.,QSS shredders is safe and reliable for operation.All the QQSS machines feature a serrated ram ;plate as standard to ensure shredding large solid purging blocks and pallets easily. 

 

Bearing 

Heavy-duty outboard bearings mounted on the QSS shredder minimize the risk 

of contamination for longer service life and ensure easy changing rotors.

An optional water cooling ststem for the rotor and bearings can be installed as well. 

 

Feeder hopper 

Feed hoppers of the QSS machines can be tailored for various applications. 

The standard hopper is of suitable design to allow bulk feeding via tipping skip as well as manual feeding of large bulky barrels.

The bulk feeding hopper will opimize production since the tam feeder will always have material to direct toward the rotor. 

 

Rotor 

The QSS shredder can be equipped with various rotor designs.The flexibility of design faciliattes processing of all type of materials.The rotors can be modified to suit special applications.
